About me

My industry experience:

I have particular grounding in the following sectors:

  • Digital, including online gaming and payments

  • Engineering, including transport and defence

  • IT & Technical

  • Financial Services

  • Consulting

While I bring deep knowledge of these industries, my core skills — aligning business strategy with hiring goals and providing career coaching — can be adapted to any sector.

My Mission

ClearPath Talent Solutions was founded with a clear purpose: to help businesses achieve their commercial goals through effective hiring, to support jobseekers in finding roles that truly fit, and to empower neurodivergent individuals to navigate the job market with confidence.

I’m Sophie, Founder of ClearPath Talent Solutions. I believe recruitment works best when it is strategic, human, and inclusive — and that’s the approach I bring to everything I do. You can find out more about me via my LinkedIn profile.

Supporting Businesses Through Smarter Hiring

I’ve always loved business and working with people, even if I didn’t always know exactly where that would lead. In 2008, I began my career in recruitment and quickly realised I’d found my calling.

Since then, I’ve worked globally, with a strong focus on the UK and USA markets, gaining hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle. I’ve partnered with senior leaders, supported workforce planning, and helped organisations find the right people, for the right purpose, at the right time. This has given me a strong understanding of how hiring decisions directly impact business performance and long-term success.

Understanding the Jobseeker Experience

I also know what it feels like to be on the other side of the desk. I’ve been both a jobseeker and a hiring manager, and I understand how overwhelming today’s crowded, AI-driven job market can be.

Having spent my career reviewing CVs and managing recruitment processes from both perspectives, I’m well placed to help individuals stand out, communicate their value clearly, and approach their job search with focus and confidence.

Advocating for Neurodivergent Talent

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s, and several members of my family are neurodivergent, including autism, ADHD, and ADD. I understand the additional challenges neurodivergent individuals can face — from recruitment processes that aren’t designed for different thinking styles, to the complexities of disclosure during a job search.

I also strongly believe that neurodivergence is a significant strength and a competitive advantage for businesses when supported properly. I’m passionate about helping candidates navigate the process in a way that feels safe and empowering, while advising organisations on inclusive hiring practices that allow diverse talent to thrive.

A Human-First Approach

I’m originally British and currently based in Tennessee, where I live with my husband, two children, and my miniature dachshund, Crumble.

Whether you’re hiring, job searching, or trying to navigate the process as a neurodivergent individual, my aim is simple: to guide, support, and bring clarity — making recruitment more human, more inclusive, and more effective.
